I believe in doing the right thing—and doing it the right way.Over the last 16+ years, my career has grown step by step. I started in customer relations and technical solutioning, moved into leading account management and CSM operations, and today I head APAC business development. Each role taught me to slow down, ask better questions, and really understand the what, why, and how before jumping to solutions.I don’t like staying on the surface. Whether I’m building a strategy or leading a team, I focus on getting the basics right first. For me, leadership means fixing the foundation, being clear about what we measure, and putting simple governance in place so growth doesn’t break later.I care about the process as much as the outcome. I’m not afraid to fail, as long as we learn from it and get better. Real progress rarely happens in one attempt—it comes from steady improvement and doing the work properly, even when it’s uncomfortable.
