In this role, I explore and analyze payment success rates for a variety of merchants, including Flipkart, Dream 11, Zomato, and Swiggy. I use tools such as Looker, Sumologic, and Querybook to extract insights from complex data and collaborate with my team to create client-specific catalogs for success rates. I also build complex SQL queries to extract insights for business decisions and create visually impactful dashboards using pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Prior to joining Razorpay, I worked as an SQL trainee for Ouaere eTech. Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow, India. In this role, I developed reporting deliveries using SQL, developed database schemas and tables, and analyzed existing SQL queries for performance improvements. Through my efforts, I was able to reduce the response time of SQL queries by 20%.Overall, I am passionate about using my skills and experience to help organizations achieve their business goals.
