HR professional with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles, combined with a strong foundation in HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, employee database management, and grievance handling.Over the last 1 year, I have focused on contract hiring (C2H) for top IT-based clients such as TCS, Infosys, Genpact, JP Morgan, HCL, and others. While I have handled both tech and non-tech hiring, my responsibilities have been more aligned toward non-tech recruitment. Tech profiles worked on include Android Developers, Testers, Java, Node.js Developers, Data Analysts, and Big Data Engineers. I have worked extensively using ATS portals, and consistently maintained detailed Excel trackers for different clients as well as daily calling records and candidate data for efficient follow-up and reporting.I also bring internship experience in technical hiring, supporting product-based clients like Amazon, Flipkart, and fintech companies such as Tower Research Capital, focusing on sourcing premium talent including IIT graduates.Additionally, I completed a 1-month internship in Marketing, where I was involved in marketing-related hiring and responsible for managing campaign and lead data using Excel spreadsheets, which helped enhance my analytical and reporting skills.Proficient in tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, Excel, and familiar with HRMS platforms for managing the employee lifecycle.
