About Sheetal Panigrahi

Sheetal Panigrahi is currently pursuing her MBA from MDI, Gurgaon. She has graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai, as part of the 20••••20 batch. She achieved academic excellence, securing the first rank in her department and received the \"Dadabhai Naoroji Memorial Medal.\" Following her graduation, Sheetal joined L&T Heavy Engineering, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited, as a graduate engineer trainee in the Total Quality Management and Organization Excellence (TQM & OE) team. In this role, she was responsible for raising awareness about Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and overseeing its implementation across shop floors. After six months in TQM & OE, she transitioned to the Heat Transfer Equipment (HTE) Project Planning Group. Here, her responsibilities included creating Gantt charts and project schedules, monitoring and controlling schedules, identifying bottlenecks, conducting risk analysis, and devising solutions. She also captured project learnings and shared them with the entire project team for future projects. At last, Sheetal worked in Marketing and Business Development for Nuclear Equipment and Systems. Her primary role involved establishing a new international customer base for the nuclear business. She engaged with various clients from the US and France. Additionally, she was responsible for receiving RFQs from customers and implementing best practices for creating technical proposals. Her work also entailed coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to timelines. On a personal front, Sheetal is an extrovert and happy-go-lucky individual, welcoming discussions about both work and personal matters. Cooking holds a special place in her heart, and she also enjoys activities like doodling, cycling, walking, and badminton.
