I am Sheetal Gaikwad and I recently completed my M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from School of Biotechnology, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore [M.P.]. I am writing to express my strong interest in contributing to projects in the field of bioinformatics. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to real-world bioinformatics challenges and be part of your ongoing initiatives. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained practical experience with a range of bioinformatics tools and software, including BLAST, FASTA, MAFFT, IQ-TREE, EMBL, NCBI, PDB, Biopython, PyMOL, and more. These experiences have equipped me with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of bioinformatics. I have a foundational understanding of Python. My major project in Masters centred on Ancestral Sequence Reconstruction of Enzymes, demonstrating my ability to apply bioinformatics tools and programming to complex biological problems. However, I am eager to further broaden my horizons and enhance my skill set by exploring additional tools, software, and websites in the field of bioinformatics while also gaining invaluable hands-on experience. I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to your team\'s success and further develop my career in bioinformatics.
