   Review and process the ITSM (Service Now) for new credit card, increase, cancellation or suspend, question request based upon the emails received and the open request in SN- Vet all P-Card and T&E card requests to determine the need and then process the request- Monitor credit card and Concur assistance inbox’s and respond timely- Reset Passwords and provide Username information; Add temporary credit limit increases; Update addresses and phone numbers when provided. Block and reissue credit cards for those not received, etc- Respond to all emails associated with Credit Card, Concur and Travel- Process Unassigned/Assigned reports every other week. Send to PA to send out emails for delinquency and follow up to managers where employees are no longer with RXO- Term/On Leave Reports: Process the report again termed and on leave reports provided by HR on Monday and Thursday. Close cards. Send emails those on leave with $0.00 balance advising the manager that the card has been closed and can be reactivated once the employee returns via an email by manager. Send PA the report to assign delegation, etc- Concur Report Review- Provide Concur assistance and training- Pull Returned Payment report once a month. Send out an email to employee and manager on what needs to be done to get the issue addressed- Quarterly executive expense report audits as well as entering requisitions into Coupa to help support the VMO team.
