This offering was a key roadmap for delivering solutions with an estimated $30M pipeline.I was entrusted with leading this project, which was two months behind schedule. The team had lost key engineers and project managers from the U.S. The project required complex integrations with eight different systems and Global teams. I quickly identified requirement gaps, replanned the project into three phases, and led a global team of engineers to deliver it on time.
