I bring 17 years of progressive HR experience, partnering with organizations of all sizes to align people strategies with business goals. I have worked with companies of 200+ employees as well as served in a consulting capacity, helping small businesses build strong HR foundations to support growth.Currently, I serve as Vice President of Human Resources for a growing agency, where I oversee the full scope of HR functions and provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment between organizational objectives and people practices. Over the last 15 years, I have led the strategic direction and execution of HR for a leading insurance company with more than 200 employees, shaping a culture of engagement, compliance, and performance.My expertise spans recruiting and talent management, employee relations, payroll and budgeting, compliance (FMLA, COBRA, workers’ compensation), and organizational development. I hold a bachelor’s degree in management from Wartburg College, with a foundation in organizational behavior, leadership, and ethics. My mission is to help companies achieve their goals by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
