I’m a passionate, people-centered leader currently serving as the Retail Manager of Softlines, and I manage all of our store events, marketing, and social media at Cabela’s. I bring a unique blend of operational excellence, creative strategy, and team development to everything I do—on the sales floor, in the community, and behind the scenes.In my role at Cabela’s, I oversee the Apparel, Hunting Apparel, and Footwear departments, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and leading high-performing teams to deliver the legendary service Cabela’s is known for. I thrive in fast-paced environments, where I can coach and develop associates, inspire a positive culture, and achieve company goals.I also lead our store’s marketing and event strategies—planning and executing engaging, brand-aligned in-store events, managing our digital presence, and creating social content that strengthens customer connection and community outreach. I believe every interaction, whether online or in person, is an opportunity to build the brand and create meaningful, lasting impressions.In addition to my corporate leadership, I’m the proud founder and owner of SB Photography—a growing photography business born from a passion for capturing life’s authentic moments. While I’m relatively new to the world of photography, I specialize in concert photography, wildlife photography, and everyday lifestyle imagery. Through SB Photography, I strive to tell stories that resonate, highlight natural beauty, and connect people through visual expression.This dual path complements my academic foundation: I hold two Master’s degrees—one in HR Strategic Management and another in Organizational Performance Leadership—as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
