As the Director of Investments for the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund, Sheena reports to the CEO and provides overall leadership and direction for the endowment and the organizations financial processes. She coordinates all ongoing investment activities, including the evolving mission-adjacent work of investor activism, community investment development, and development of metrics to track mission alignment. She sources and evaluates potential local investment partners related to the Fund’s current grant-making strategies. She also coordinates all financial activities including working budget development, spending tracking, working with consultants and reporting to the Investment Trustee. She manages the organizations budget and spending activities. She also serves as principal spokesperson for the Memorial Fund’s innovative investment program.
