I have the honor of working in one of the most important industries out there – housing. As we know now more than ever, your home is one of the most important places. Through 2020, many of us not only used our homes for our personal space, but it became our work stations and our children’s classroom. How we looked at our homes changed and now it is our job to meet those needs and provide amazing floor plan options and locations. The business environment that we currently operate in is fast paced and constantly changing, requiring the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly. This has remained constant throughout my experiences in management and especially during my most recent role as the Director of Marketing, increasing my ability to think quickly and create solutions. Understanding that the team which you lead and belong to in any given organization operates the best when all players have the opportunity to utilize their individual strengths and is the key to success. I have been fortunate to have experienced both flawed and nearly perfect teams, which has strengthened my ability to collaborate, problem solve, manage relationships, think creativity, and become more adaptable. I look forward to learning new skills as I encounter different business opportunities each day. I enjoy each role that I have had the opportunity to fill and strive to promote the best outcome possible for my company and those impacted by my reach.At the end of the day, when it’s all said and done, your ability to maintain and grow relationships will lead to your ultimate success.
