With over two decades of aviation experience, I bring a diverse and comprehensive skill set rooted in cabin crew operations, sales and marketing, charter services, and specialized aviation training. My journey began in the skies with ModiLuft and continued with Air India and Alliance Air, where I transitioned from a seasoned cabin crew member to a passionate Crew Resource Management (CRM) Facilitator, Human Factors Specialist and Charter Sales Executive.As a DGCA-certified CRM Trainer since 2018, I have spearheaded in-house CRM sessions at Alliance Air, focused on improving Non-Technical Skills (NTS) like communication, teamwork, decision-making, and leadership-cornerstones of safe and efficient flight operations. My goal has always been to bridge the gap between technical proficiency and human-centered skills through interactive training and lifelong learning.Alongside my operational roles, I have contributed to Sales, PR, and Marketing, Charter Services, building strong networks within the travel trade, handling charter promotions, and drafting press releases for new flight launches. I hold an MBA in Aviation Management and certifications in SMS, OHSMS (ISO 45001), PoSH, and Train the Trainer programs, enhancing both my technical and soft skills.Whether conducting CRM workshops, supporting mental health initiatives as a PFA, or advocating safety through SMS and OHSMS, I strive to create value through empathy, teamwork, and a deep undersanding of the human side of aviation.
