ABOUT SHEENA GARG
I\'m intensely passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). My approach to DEI is collaborative and data-driven, working closely with teams to identify and address barriers to retention and progression. By working directly with the Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority community I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalised groups and strategies required to attract and retain diverse talent, foster a culture of respect and belonging, and increase employee engagement. I have previously worked as a management consultant leading and delivering transformation programmes in both the pubIic and private sectors, working across a range of industries including: Sports/Hospitality, Government, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure and Power & Utilities. To raise cultural awareness and encourage kids to appreciate diversity from a young age I also write children\'s picture books. I have published one book so far with a second underway. My stories are inspired by the way of living in India and my travels around the world.
