Responsibilities include:• Gathering information on our clients’ investment and protection products and pension schemes. Analysing their financial situation.• Preparing detailed financial strategies and suitability reports tailored to clients\' needs, including investment, retirement, and tax strategies. Utilising cashflow modelling and other pictorial methods to make our advice easy to understand.• Ensuring all financial recommendations adhere to UK regulations, including those set by the FCA. Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance purposes, such as fact finds, client agreements, and anti-money laundering checks.• Assist in liaising with clients and answering technical questions. Supporting the financial adviser’s interactions with clients, demonstrating the value which regulated advice provides.• Providing technical support with more complicated financial products, for example carrying out top slicing calculations for investment bonds.• Actioning client requests and recommended strategies, such as income withdrawals, top-ups, fund switches and pension transfers. Logging accurate information and monitoring the process to provide a smooth client experience.
