My role as a Data Analyst at UAH’s Office of Development centers on managing and optimizing the Advancement database and reporting systems to support the University’s donor strategy. I design and generate custom and ad hoc reports using Ellucian CRM Advance and SQL Server Management Studio, ensuring accurate data extraction, analysis, and reporting. I collaborate closely with Development leadership to analyze donor trends, retention metrics, and campaign performance, translating complex datasets into dashboards and executive-level presentations for University leadership and board members. I also oversee data integrity audits, system administration, database workflows, and reporting automation to improve operational efficiency. Through data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic reporting, I help strengthen decision-making and advance UAH’s donor engagement initiatives.
