Delivered in a diverse range of senior roles in Programme and Project Management, Transition and Transformation Management, PMO Setup and Management, Portfolio Management, Knowledge Management and Resource Management. • Successfully delivered projects with a cumulative value of over £60M over 24 years. • Proven track record of delivering projects to either meet or exceed expectations. Five times company award winner (at both Cognizant and CSC) for outstanding project delivery and exceeding expectations, two project turnarounds, customer satisfaction measured through a customer commendation and turnaround of a client relationship with an outgoing client who stayed. • Experience in both agile and waterfall environments • Successful business development leadership of work streams bringing in over £100M of new business. • Successfully mentored 5 Project Managers through their Project Manager Certification • Managed projects selected for assessment as part of CMMI Process Maturity Model accreditation. • Significant international and UK experience in the set up and governance of PMOs (including setup of 2 PMOs from scratch for New Accounts/Programmes), off shoring models, client and internal business transformation, and supplier management. • Managed large numbers of people to build coherent focused teams through an open management style of inclusion, collaboration and accessibility. • Successfully acted as a bridge between the technical team, business stakeholders and management through leveraging my technical development background complimented by a MBA leading to clearer understanding across all of what is delivered and input into the technical solution • A champion of improving project management methodologies. Written several white papers which were accepted by senior management around knowledge management. Established and implemented best practice processes for resource management and handover to support.
