Handling a team, which is mainly responsible for- Seafarers Payroll for all vessels (approx 120 vessels - Tankers /Bulkers)- Crew change Cost as per the requirement of Crew manning department- Additional Manpower cost as per budget if any requirement as per the Vessel Manager- Monthly Wage Variance of Officers.
