About Sheela David
Being a project lead my duties involves overseeing and coordinating a project from start to end, ensuring its successful completion. As a project lead, I am responsible for task such as setting project goals, creating project plans allocating resources managing timelines and facilitating communication among team members. My key responsibilities as project planning, risk management, team coordination, budgeting and resource planning, stakeholder management, change, management, time, management and problem-solving. To be an effective project lead I carry a strong leadership and communication skills. Have a strategic mindset and able to adapt to changing circumstances. I have completed professional scrum master certification and looking forward to add PMP into my skill sets.
