I’m Sheehan Chase — a yoga educator, author, and holistic wellness guide with a mission to help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and live with intention.I’m the founder of Vital 8 LLC, a wellness company grounded in eight pillars of transformation: Awaken, Water, Breath, Movement, Sleep, Environment, Self-Care, and Transcendence. Through this framework, I teach practical tools for cultivating physical vitality, mental clarity, and spiritual connection.Under Vital 8, I created Slow Power Flow, a unique style of yoga that blends somatic stillness with breath, strength, and sequencing. It’s slow in pace but powerful in impact — designed for students and teachers who want to go deeper, not faster.
