Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Scheduling Interviews, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups till joining.• Understanding the requirements from the Clients.• Sourcing candidates from database, portals for suitable resumes.• Responsible for target based and time bound of all openings.• Scheduling interviews for the candidates.• Follow up of the candidate until he turns into a joinee.• Maintaining and updating data and reports on all the recruitment related activities individually.• Developing, monitoring, maintaining of database, and building a pipeline on a daily basis for immediate & future requirements.
