Managed the development of a predictive forecasting tool, which uses R for analytics and Anaplan as the user interface; the tool can be used to forecast P&L line items and led to $1.5 million in additional FP & A work for the Finance practice - Led a financials ERP vendor selection process at a super-regional bank to identify the best suited ERP system for the client; identified 400+ technical and functional requirements and facilitated 80+ hours of ERP vendor demos to enable an ERP selection decision - Led an Operating Model design at a super-regional bank for a 400 person FTE Finance function to identify efficiency (benchmarked FTEs by process area against leading peers and identified process areas that may be centralized to reduce cost) and effectiveness (re-engineered Finance processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve process outcomes) opportunities - Led an Oracle ERP assessment to find the total number of hours saved by finance process area as a result of implementing Oracle Cloud GL at a large banking institution; the assessment led to the identification of over hours of additional capacity generated annually at the bank, allowing the organization to identify areas of Finance where headcount may be reduced - Conducted an ERP user rationalization assessment to identify the total number of GL users who were provisioned access to the GL but did not need an account due to their infrequent use of the system; revoked access of ~2200 users as a result of the analysis, thereby reducing cost of administering GL training - Led PMO during UAT for a Workday implementation at a large banking institution and increased efficiency by utilizing the Smartsheet PMO tool to input, track and report out on all testing activities; developed automated Smartsheet dashboards to deliver real-time UAT progress updates
