DETAILS I am a senior lawyer with close to 20 years\' experience in the City of London (including 7 years with UK and US firms including legal secondments at both Barclays Capital and BNP Paribas), I currently provide Bermuda and British Virgin Islands legal advice on a wide range of cross-border corporate and finance transactions. My clients include publicly listed corporations, insurance companies, private entities and a broad range of global financial institutions. I am an active member of various international legal associations and external networking groups promoting, amongst other things, greater participation by women in senior legal and business roles and developing the talent pipeline through peer to peer mentoring and supporting junior lawyers.
