About Shea Zimmerman
Shea Zimmerman, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of the Buckhead Office, Harry Norman, Realtors began her real estate career in 1987 as a sales associate for Northside Realty. After a successful career in sales, Shea became the managing broker in charge of branch operations in and continued in that capacity after the company was acquired by Coldwell Banker.Ms. Zimmerman served as a Governor with the Georgia Association of Realtors Graduate Realtors Institute and in other capacities with the state association. In Shea was named Realtor of the Year for the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and in 2010 served as President of the Atlanta Board.Among her many real estate credentials, Ms. Zimmerman holds her Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations. Shea has held numerous leadership positions within the local, state, and national associations; most notably, she was the Federal Political Coordinator for the 6th District and the 2003 NAR Campaign Chair for the Realtors for Johnny Isakson Senate race.In her life before real estate, Shea managed customer relations and support for a large software firm, had her own catering business, and conducted market research.Her high integrity and quest for professionalism in the real estate industry provides her associates with a foundation of honesty and fairness. Shea works individually with the associates of the Buckhead Office in developing their personal marketing plan and achieving their personal and professional goals.
