About Sheamonique Tracey

I help educators and organizations create cooperative environments that aid students\' in their academics, emotional awareness, and self regulation through courses, programs, digital resources, and group coaching rooted in self awareness & self management. I do this work because as a first generation Belizean American with an ACE’s score of a 7 who became a mother, wife, educator, graduate, homeowner, and author. I move educators from authoritative to transformational educators in creating cooperative and fruitful dynamics and environments for students so that they don’t stay trapped in special-education-only spaces. I provide group coaching, 1 on 1 coaching, ebooks, courses, digital products, and workbooks/journals.I provide digital and printable resources specific for the SDC emotional disturbance classrooms that get students acclimated and back out with their peers in mainstream environments.
