   As President and Senior Regulatory Specialist with Dramby Environmental Consulting (DEC), Mrs. Dramby has over 22 years of experience in the environmental consulting field throughout the United States, Canada, and U.S. Virgin Islands. With primary focus in regulatory 404/401 permitting and Environmental Assessments/Environmental Impact Statements, her responsibilities have included permit strategy; permit document preparation, permit compliance and inspections, data assessment, project management, client and regulatory agency relations, wetland delineations, stream assessments, threatened and endangered species surveys and mitigation monitoring. She has worked directly with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), National Park Service, Environmental Protection Agency, various state agencies overseeing the 401 Program; and various state Departments of Historic Resources. Ms. Dramby’s experience encompasses projects governed by the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, the State Environmental Policy Act, the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, and those requiring Federal Section 404 Permits and State 401 Certifications. Shearin has experience at performing and assisting with geomorphic classifications, aquatic habitat assessments, wetland evaluations (e.g, delineations, wetland rapid assessment), vegetation surveys, Phase I Environmental Assessments, and water quality monitoring.
