Whether I’m guiding a nonprofit through a merger, coaching a board through a governance shift, or helping a team operationalize strategy, I bring a deep commitment to collaboration and implementation that sticks. My work is grounded in the belief that those closest to the challenges are closest to the solutions—and deserve systems that reflect their wisdom, lived experience, and leadership.My background spans reproductive justice, international development, and nonprofit operations—from scaling abortion fund services post-Roe to co-leading $1M anti-racism initiatives. I’m especially drawn to the messy, meaningful work where systems need repair, voices need to be heard, and strategy needs to move.
