ABOUT SHEA ANGELLE CONIGLIO

I am a licensed Loan Originator for the states of Texas, Louisiana & Florida with Lasso Lending Company. Our team at Lasso is focused on speed, reliability and service. We want to ensure the best experience possible when purchasing or refinancing a home, and we also focus a lot on education for both the borrower and our referral partners. It’s not every day that our borrowers are buying real estate, and we work with a lot of first-time home buyers so we have invested a lot of time and energy into our social media channels to create educational and informative content. Likewise, we have focused a lot of time and energy into our technology to simplify the loan process. From our simple application to our mortgage calculator, we’re doing all that we can to make it a smooth transaction from pre-qualification to contract to closing & funding. Not only are our interest rates and fees competitive, we are able to offer quick closings to help our borrowers offers stand out. Prior to obtaining my loan originator license, I managed a title company and worked as an escrow officer for six years. My expertise in title and my understanding of the real estate process has continued to serve me well as a loan originator. I know the hot buttons and how important it is to communicate and manage expectations. After graduating from college, I worked as a marketing coordinator for an engineering company. I was responsible for planning client events, creating marketing material and managing various advertising mediums. While working as a marketing coordinator, I obtained my MBA from the University of Houston. I also have a BS in Marketing from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!). I have worked in customer service in some capacity since I first joined the workforce at 14 working in my family\'s restaurant. I truly enjoy creating positive experiences for customers by making sure their questions are answered and their expectations exceeded!
