I also assist local businesses with their hiring needs, whether they are looking for someone temporarily or for the right candidate for a permanent career.Express offers 3 different lines of service: Temporary, Evaluation-to-Hire, and Direct Hire. Temporary work is your traditional temporary work that is needed for a specific amount of time, hours-to-weeks. Evaluation-to-Hire is when a company is looking for a new employee that they would like to keep for a long term. Evaluation-to-Hire allows the company to evaluate the associate, and make that they are a great fit for the company. Direct Hire allows the company to bring the new associate onto their own payroll on day one, with no evaluation period.
