ABOUT SHEA QUINN
Shea Quinn is a human first and isn\'t defined by her strengths, hardships, interests or roles. One of Shea\'s core values is living in who she was created to be, rather than trying to mold herself into something she\'s not. Having a vertical sleeve gastrectomy in March of 2022 has contributed to this growth. Her journey of self-discovery has brought a bachelor\'s degree in psychology and a master\'s degree in psychology. These days, Shea is excited to be sharing her journey on Instagram, YouTube, the Grow with Shea podcast and the Weighting Table podcast, hopeful it will encourage others to grow with her.
