About Shea Lindsay
With over five years of work experience in social work and clinical care, I have shifted roles and am currently the executive assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Innospec, a global specialty chemicals and fuels company. In this role, I support the CEO with various administrative, organizational, and strategic tasks in addition to event coordination and travel management. Previously, I was a clinical care manager at Stride Denver, where I coordinated and delivered high-quality care to clients with complex needs, and a school social worker at Catapult Learning, where I facilitated skills group, individualized interventions and home behavior plans for both students and their families. I have a master\'s degree in social work from the University of Denver with an emphasis in mental health and trauma, and I am currently a licensed clinical social worker. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals, and I value collaboration, innovation, and diversity. I am excited to bring my skills, experience, and perspective to the Innospec team and contribute to its mission of creating sustainable solutions for a better world.
