Serves as point of contact for existing telemedicine/ PACS program operations.Serve as speaker at many Telemedicine organizations Works with CEO/COO to strategize and plan annual budgets monitors performance throughout the yearWork directly with Physician/clinical staff to identify and document workflows related to business development and expansion Interfaces with clinical and administrative stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in existing telemedicine processes. Researches best practices for business models for new telemedicine procedures in an effort to facilitate the program’s development.
