Recommend employment decisions consistent with Company guidelines and applicable laws. Serve as the compliance advisor on “best practices” for handling of criminal conviction records. Advise on compliance and HR consequences of various work arrangements. Ensure related policies reflect the new initiative. Received commendations for exhibiting leadership, driving forward results, and technical aptitude on the subject. • Review termination requests of management employees. Appropriately identify legal risk associated with separation.
