As a Senior HR Manager, I oversee the Human Resources functions for a leading Fintech Company by managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance, grievances, payroll, HRMS, leadership, training, and development for a diverse and talented workforce.Holding a strong educational background in Human Resources Management and Integrative Counselling, which enables me to support the mental health and well-being of my employees. I have a Master of Business Administration in HR from Allana Institute of Management Studies, a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Institute of Human Technology, and several multiple certifications in HR and counselling methods. I also have a Master of Commerce in Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.Having more than six plus years of experience in the HR field, working in various industries such as Events, Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing and Fintech. I have successfully handled multiple projects, such as implementing a new performance appraisal system, conducting employee engagement surveys, and organizing training programs.
