I am a certified mental health practitioner with the Association of Allied Health Professionals and member of Counsellor Council of India. I have completed MSc Clinical Psychology and many other certifications in the field of psychology. I am also a certified Life Coach from Transformation Academy. I have experience in the assessment and treatment of mild to severe psychological issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, etc. I have worked as a part of mental health team involving psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, mental health nurses, etc in order to treat patients with psychotic and neurotic symptoms. I have experience of working with individuals having concerns such as relationships issues, work-life balance, parenting issues, procrastination, etc. I am also actively involved in providing COVID-19 related mental a health support to individuals from various backgrounds. My interest includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and individual psychotherapy as a means to improve the quality of life of adults, couples, children and adolescents suffering from depression or other psychological problems that may hinder their potentials. I work full time promoting mental health and towards empowerment of people in need.
