ICSR case coding and case processing in IRT and Arisg. Case Processing: Receipt of cases, entry and triage of cases in case activity tracker. Ensure the validity of the case version. Clinical assessment, which include case seriousness. Perform duplicate search in the safety database. Data entry and case management for cases in database. Performed adverse event and drug coding using MedDRA and WHO dictionary. Responsible for generating appropriate queries, follow-up and request for clarification. Create either initial or follow-up case version in database based on the results duplicate search in the database with minimal data fields saved. Initiate nullification based on the criteria applicable for the case.
