Hey there! My name is Shazid, a Process Analyst at Vail Resorts. As a logic-driven creative, I like to explore the various perspectives of the human condition at work, and you can see this shine through in everything I do. I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from SUNY Binghamton University and am a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, as well as a Certified Associate in Project Management. However, I like to say that I am a fellow human being before all and I am very fond of a great campfire conversation, so don\'t hesitate to reach out! I have always strived to be a great leader and positive role model to those in my life. I believe that a strong leader is not one who dictates, but rather inspires people to better themselves and those around them. Empowerment can be the catalyst necessary for someone to take control of their life and do great things, allowing people to reach their full potential. Outside of my career, I am an avid Knicks and Mets fan. I absolutely love listening to music through any media and going to live shows is one of my favorite pastimes (My favorite band is The Maine).
