As a partner at Deloitte, I lead audit and other assurance and advisory engagements for clients, with a specific focus on the Consumer Industry. I have over 17 years of experience in delivering high-quality services and solutions, managing global and multidisciplinary teams, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. I am passionate about mentoring Deloitte professionals on their journey to leadership and serve as a mentor through our West Asian & Allies Community program. In addition, I serve as the Partner Sponsor for the US West Region South Asian & Allies Community. I am a Board member (Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee) at Girls Inc. of Los Angeles, a non-profit organization that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold, through direct service and advocacy providing girls with life-changing experiences and solutions to the unique challenges girls face.I served on the Deloitte Women in Leadership Africa committee. The committee oversaw the Firm’s strategies, policies, processes and inclusion practices relating to the advancement of women to senior leadership levels and achieved a predetermined goal of over 30% female ownership by 2020!
