Advise HRBPs and managers on performance management, ER policies, HR compliance and ER risk mitigation. Investigate the highest risk level, complex ER cases from intake, through investigation, discipline and corrective action in the U.S, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia and Brazil; in addition to APAC and EMEA countries. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for a team of investigators (5 attorneys and 7 SMEs) in conducting investigations, training and advising for HR and leaders for over employees across NA and LATAM. Strategize with ER team on investigative plans, review and edit all investigative reports, coach to improve investigative skills, provide regular guidance for unique cases and resolve work-flow issues with stakeholders. Draft policies, procedures, templates, training and service level agreements to increase investigator efficiency, produce defensible investigative outcomes and impact business goals including increased employee satisfaction. Collaborate with global leadership to implement ER, HR, Labor, and Legal strategies impacting business needs. Assess case management system and policies to ensure legal compliance and consistency with global trends. Track investigator metrics and ER data to identify trends and implement risk mitigation and growth strategies. Conduct global training and development activities to drive stakeholder partnership and develop competencies.
