Supporting the Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) Ground Sustainment Services (LGSS) program to sustain and enhance the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) Common Ground System (CGS). The JPSS CGS is responsible for implementing JPSS Program command, control, and communications and data processing requirements for JPSS CGS-serviced missions.• Successfully transitioned from Raytheon to Peraton, becoming the first member from the Space Ground-Interface (SGI) team for the LGSS program.• Demonstrated expertise by presenting at the companies first Accelerated Delivery Planning (ADP), clarifying SGI\'s role in sustainment contributions, and ground station responsibilities.• Appointed as the Interim-SGI lead, responsible for knowledge transfer tasks and planning the 2023 McMurdo antenna maintenance trip.• Effectively allocated personnel to SGI, contributing to team cohesion and efficiency.• Led presentations at monthly Project Management Reviews (PMRs), engaged in subcontractor meetings, and crafted statement of work (SOWs) for various contractors including L3 Datron, as well as Mu-del Electronics, showcasing versatility in roles.• Successfully led the SGI team through pre-operational readiness review (Pre-ORR) and ORR, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.• Pivoted seamlessly to focus on the McMurdo trip, where meticulous logistical planning and training sessions in Fairbanks, Alaska, facilitated smooth ground station antenna maintenance.• Spent 1.5 months in McMurdo, Antarctica, conducting full mechanical maintenance on MC1, MC2, and MC3 4m antennas as well as RF testing including G/T’s, BPRS and various power and interference tests.• Organized comprehensive training with L3 Datron in Fairbanks, Alaska, ensuring the team\'s proficiency in antenna maintenance activities.• Ensured successful testing and installation of new stored mission data (SMD) builds into our various test and operational environments.
