About Akshay Patel
I am a sophomore studying at Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. This summer, I worked at IEX, a stock exchange, as an AI software engineer, where I gained insight into market structure and financial technologies. I am currently doing research in conjunction with the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute, at the AirLab, where we develop autonomous vehicles (drones and rovers).
