Support development and execution of communications plans to support programs and projects for electric utility clients.Organize coordination and partnership with Community Based Organizations. Maintain and build client relationships by coordinating with client outreach specialists and communications teams. Measure and analyze the impact of communications activities. Support implementation of stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, including meeting organization and facilitation. Coordinate with other AECOM and client staff to prepare graphic displays and layouts for public information. Develop presentations and materials for various stakeholders within a client’s brand guidelines. Prepare program and project materials, such as fact sheets, FAQs, press releases, and newsletters. Develop and track stakeholder communications. Plan and implement program and project events as needed.Assist with managing subcontractor coordination and engagement across program efforts. Ability to understand technical project information, develop an outreach strategy related to that information, and oversee the tasks within that strategy to execution. Assist with development of project proposals and identification of new business opportunities. Perform task, schedule, and budget management.
