I helped pioneer solving the tech talent gap by creating the first and only registered competency-based apprenticeship for software developers in Utah. Jason and I have been recognized with awards for innovation education applied to the tech industry in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, we were honored as the Outstanding Apprenticeship by Apprenticeship Utah, DWS, and the DOL in 2023.One of the most notable achievements was launching the Insourced Software Business Partnership, which has resulted in remarkable success. Our DevShop has experienced successful launches of various apps in diverse industries such as energy, electrical supply, inventory management, custom CRM, solar account management, investor connect, sprint planning tools, meditation, music, journaling, sport property, dashboards, reporting, data management, construction management and reporting, marketing branding and messaging, employee portals, client portals, task management, project management, educational certification management, family dining, and event planning.In summary, my passion for driving innovation and solving the tech talent gap, has made a significant impact on both DevPipeline and is changing the industry as a whole.
