ABOUT SHAYNE REDDINGTON

My name is Shayne Reddington and I am currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Helen of Troy. Helen of Troy is a world-class CPG based in El Paso, Texas with an office in Marlborough, Massachusetts. I am from New Hampshire and currently reside in Massachusetts.In my current capacity I support FP & A tasks (budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis) and provide timely financial insights and projections to our brand teams and Senior Leaders. I support the Beauty & Wellness business unit, and my focus consumer categories include water filtration, air purification, humidification devices and accessories, thermometry, blood pressure monitors, and additional household products.Prior to joining Helen of Troy, I worked at PwC in their Delivering Deal Value Practice (DDV, M&A). I spent several years working on unique projects and partnering with clients in the Media, Consumer Products and Technology industries. My longest project lasted nine months and included working with a California-based technology client with a market cap of over $12 billion supporting an ERP transition, transformation & system testing cycle.I graduated from the Northeastern MBA Program at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business in June of 2017. I was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, which honors the top 20% of the graduating class. A highlight of this experience was having the honor of giving the student commencement address at our graduation ceremony.Prior experiences include an FP & A MBA internship at Ocean Spray (2017) and several years at UBS within their rotational Graduate Training Program (2012 through 2015). The UBS Finance Graduate Training Program places top graduates in various finance roles supporting one of the largest investment banks in the world while simultaneously supplementing the selected candidate’s experience with knowledge of the financial sector and educational training.I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with magna cum laude distinction and honors in 2012 with a managerial accounting and finance degree. I graduated as a member of the 2012 Coastal Carolina Wall Fellows Program, and received the unique opportunity to complete a residency at Rolls-Royce for six months in various financial roles.
