As a Senior Staff member, I conduct in-depth studies and analyses of construction documents, hydraulic calculations, and Stormwater Management reports for proposed projects in San Francisco. My goal is to ensure compliance with the San Francisco Stormwater Management Ordinance (SMO). I address design, policy, and process challenges that arise during project reviews. My role supports the implementation of the SMO as well as the development of the Urban Watershed Management Program and related policies. I also serve as the technical expert on stormwater design and policies in San Francisco.In addition, I supervise and lead the implementation of the SMO Inspection Program to ensure that green infrastructure (GI) is built, maintained, and operational in accordance with the San Francisco Stormwater Management Ordinance.
