I do this work because I can make everyday life better for people in the community, and I believe how we lead matters. I try to show up as a servant leader: listening first, building trust, sharing credit, and creating the conditions for others to succeed.My approach blends three disciplines:Medical anthropology methods – Using qualitative inquiry to understand what the numbers can’t fully explain: lived experience, trust, norms, barriers, and the “why” behind health behaviors. My teams apply tools like structured listening, semi-structured interviews, rapid community feedback loops, and stakeholder sensemaking so strategies are culturally grounded and feasible.Project and program management (PMP) – In order to translate insight into execution: clear scope, workplans, roles, timelines, risk management, and accountability rhythms that help partners follow through. I’m especially focused on protecting staff capacity while improving consistency and transparency.Strategic communications – I work closely with Comms to turn complex information into clear narratives and partner-ready actions so people understand what matters, why it matters, and what to do next.I’m known for building engagement infrastructure that makes collaboration easier to sustain.
