Shayley Madison graduated with her Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) located in the heart of Los Angeles, California, after additionally receiving an Associates of Arts Degree in Fashion Design, and an Advanced Associates of Arts Degree in the Business of Denim. After years of education, her journey has led to becoming an Allocation Analyst at Mattel Inc. starting in July 2025. As an Allocation Analyst, Shayley helps with a variety of daily tasks from reports, data analytics, data entry, and Microsoft Excel, to samples and PR coordination. On a daily basis, there is a practice of in-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.Fashion styling remains a parallel passion, where Shayley Madison has honed the art of curating distinctively colorful looks for celebrities and editorial shoots, demonstrating her ability to capture the essence of a wide range of themes and possible creative directives. Making custom garments, fashion designing, sewing, hand-sewing, knitting, crocheting, and drawing, are just a few of my favorite past activities.
