Constructed a wearable shoe by hand using machines in the MakerLab along with assistance from the Sample Studio, to understand the process of shoe making. Participating in Future High Potential Program for early leadership development through exercises that expanded the ways to learn and work through tools and discussions over the Hogan assessment, personal branding, company strategies, and business acumen all while fostering a growth mindset.Completed job rotational experience within the Originals footwear development team, assisting with error tracking footwear modeling using color design tool in preparation for concept review stage. Additionally worked in Concept Excellence to learn tools used to analyze footwear performance as well as perform product testing using subjects.
