For the past 10 years, I have been a high-performing operator and leader in GM and Strategy roles focused on driving profitable growth and building high performing teams, specifically in organizations building new business lines, including Walmart Marketplace, Affirm Marketplace, Uber Eats, and Starbucks (US Food, Japan, and Asia Pacific.) I have also served as the head of Women@ Affirm and in advisory roles to various nonprofits. Before that, I spent over 5 years in Strategy Consulting, developing and implementing value improvement agendas for Fortune 100 companies.I love scaling companies, coaching and mentoring people, and taking opportunities to develop myself into a better manager and leader. I am particularly passionate about purpose-driven ventures, food and grocery, investing in small businesses, and anything that combines them.
