I have been a Project Manager/Business Analyst for the last 26 years; involved in the Construction Industry for over 16. I have extensive background in various ERP, CRM and Construction Management software systems including Project Management, Accounting, Job Costing, Purchasing and Scheduling. The past 15 years working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (GP, NAV and AX). Most recently working directly with D365 BC Systems implementations, as both a Business Analyst and a Senior Project Manager.I work hard to earn and maintain the utmost respect of my clients’ throughout the entire SDLC (pre-sales discovery, software development and implementation) continuing through the remainder of the project. I am also an excellent adult educator who works very well with all facets of people. Communication is KEY to any successful project.My employment background is very diverse, showing that I am able to perform varied tasks. I am considered to be an excellent people person and my communication skills are superior. I look forward to new challenges and diversity in any career path.I recently served as the VP of Professional Development for the IIBA Phoenix Chapter Board. I am also a former member of NAWIC,(National Association of Women in Construction) and Toastmasters. I served as the Vice President and Recording Secretary in my NAWIC Chapter. I was also a Toastmaster Officer. Prior to that, I was involved with the APWA (American Public Works Association). I enjoy the benefits of community involvement and look to pursue other such activities.Specialties: Project Management, Business Analysis, Client Relations, Software Implementation, Training.
