My name is Shayfaye Baylis I am a proud woman of colour with indigenous roots. I have successfully turned my lived experience into knowledge for community building. My goal is to honour my roots while delegating policies and implementing positive change to my surroundings. I have supported the vulnerable community in DTES and coordinated productive initiatives in Surrey for the last 8 years. My goal is to be a successful leader while representing those coming from trauma, mental illness, and oppression.
